RITJ — Greater Jakarta Transport Master Plan Dashboard

Problem

The implementation of the Jabodetabek Transportation Master Plan involved multiple government agencies, local governments, stakeholders, and activities distributed across a large geographic area. Monitoring progress, KPI achievement, budget absorption, and location-based activities across these stakeholders was challenging when data was fragmented across different sources. Decision-makers needed a unified and timely view of the program to identify obstacles, evaluate performance, and prioritize actions effectively.

Developed a centralized web-based monitoring dashboard for the Badan Pengelola Transportasi Jabodetabek (BPTJ), under the Ministry of Transportation, to monitor the implementation of the Jabodetabek Integrated Transportation Master Plan. The platform consolidates progress data, KPI achievement, budget absorption, and location-based activities from multiple government stakeholders across Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. Interactive maps, charts, milestone tracking, and real-time reporting provide stakeholders with a unified view of the master plan's implementation and enable more informed decision-making.

What I did

  • Developed the web-based monitoring dashboard for tracking the implementation of the Jabodetabek Transportation Master Plan.
  • Built data visualization components for progress, KPI achievement, budget absorption, and program performance.
  • Implemented interactive maps to visualize location-based transportation programs and activities across Jabodetabek.
  • Developed milestone and progress tracking to monitor the implementation of transportation initiatives.
  • Built dashboard views that consolidated information from multiple government agencies and local governments.
  • Implemented reporting functionality to provide stakeholders with timely and centralized monitoring information.
  • Translated complex monitoring requirements and multiple data dimensions into an accessible dashboard experience for decision-makers.
  • Worked with stakeholders to understand monitoring requirements, KPIs, data sources, and reporting needs.
  • Contributed to a system designed to improve coordination, transparency, and visibility across the implementation of the transportation master plan.
