Problem

PB HMI managed a large and geographically distributed membership network across branches and regional divisions, making member reception, membership administration, and event coordination difficult to manage consistently. Manual processes and decentralized records made it harder to maintain accurate member data, generate membership numbers, and coordinate organizational events across different levels of the organization.

Developed PBHMI DataCentrum, a centralized platform designed to streamline membership administration and organizational activities across PB HMI's network of branches and regional divisions. The platform enables branch administrators to register and manage members, automatically generate membership numbers, maintain member profiles, and coordinate organizational events ranging from branch-level meetings to regional conferences. By consolidating these processes into a single platform, the system provides a more structured approach to managing organizational data and activities across a nationwide network.

What I did

  • Developed the centralized membership management platform for PB HMI.
  • Implemented member registration and reception workflows for branch-level administrators.
  • Built member profile management to maintain and update organizational membership data.
  • Developed automated membership number generation to standardize the membership administration process.
  • Implemented functionality for managing the organizational structure across branches and regional divisions.
  • Developed event management and coordination features for organizational activities.
  • Supported different event types, including branch meetings and regional conferences.
  • Designed workflows to accommodate the operational requirements of a distributed, multi-level organization.
  • Worked with stakeholders to understand existing administrative processes and translate them into a centralized digital system.
  • Contributed to the development of a platform intended to improve data consistency, administrative efficiency, and organizational coordination.
