IT Care — Digital Inspection Platform
Problem
Quality control and asset inspections were previously handled using paper-based forms, making the process time-consuming, prone to errors, and difficult to standardize across departments and locations. Inspection results also required additional effort to consolidate and report, while tracking historical inspection data and maintaining a reliable audit trail was challenging.
What I did
- Developed the mobile-first inspection platform for field inspectors.
- Digitized existing paper-based quality control and asset inspection workflows.
- Implemented customizable inspection templates to accommodate different inspection requirements.
