Culminaite — AI-Powered Career Platform

Problem

Job seekers often struggle to understand how well their resumes communicate their experience, whether their CVs are optimized for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and how to improve them for specific career opportunities. Professional CV review services can also be difficult to scale when the analysis depends heavily on manual assessment. Culminaite was created to make career support more accessible by combining AI-assisted CV analysis, structured resume feedback, and career-related services in a single digital platform. At the same time, the platform needed to support the commercial operations behind these services, including product sales, payments, discounts, affiliate commissions, and customer transactions.

Culminaite is an AI-powered career services platform targeting the Malaysian job market. The platform is owned by a Malaysia-based client and designed specifically for Malaysian users, including payment processing in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform provides AI-assisted CV analysis and ATS scoring, generating structured feedback across areas such as impact and quantification, action-oriented language, clarity, professionalism, consistency, and skills integration. The system can also generate optimized versions of resume content to help users improve the quality and effectiveness of their CVs. Beyond CV analysis, Culminaite operates as a broader career services and digital commerce platform, offering multiple career-related products and services, as well as job matching capabilities. The platform is supported by a comprehensive CMS and business administration system covering product management, discount configuration, affiliate management, commission tracking, withdrawal requests, transactions, VC entries, and visitor analytics. I designed and developed the platform end-to-end as a Fullstack Developer, including the application architecture, authentication, AI/LLM integrations, payment workflows, commerce logic, and operational tooling required to run the platform in production.

What I did

Designed and developed the full-stack architecture for the Culminaite career platform.
Built the platform's authentication and user management workflows.
Integrated LLM APIs to power AI-assisted CV analysis and intelligent resume feedback.
Developed ATS scoring and CV evaluation workflows that assess resume quality across multiple dimensions.
Built structured CV analysis reports covering areas such as impact and quantification, action-oriented language, clarity, professionalism, consistency, and skills integration.
Implemented optimized resume content generation to provide users with actionable improvements to their CVs.
Developed job matching functionality as part of the career platform.
Built and maintained the digital product catalog and commerce workflows for career-related services.
Implemented production payment workflows supporting Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Integrated SenangPay, powered by DOKU, for payment processing.
Developed CMS functionality for managing products, content, discounts, and platform configuration.
Built affiliate management and commission tracking workflows.
Implemented withdrawal request workflows for affiliate/commission operations.
Developed transaction management and monitoring capabilities for platform administrators.
Implemented VC entries management as part of the platform's operational workflows.
Built visitor analytics capabilities to provide visibility into platform traffic and user activity.
Managed the platform across development, integration, deployment, and ongoing production operations.
Currently operate and maintain the platform after launch, which has served 100+ customers.
